I’d just like to say how Outstanding Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group have entreated myself with such professionalism that I've rarely encountered outside while serving as an Active Duty Solider of 22 Year Armed Forces Serviceman of these United States of America!, Not to mention as an African American descendent, just how hard for myself it was to find someone I truly was willing to entrust undergoing such a sensitive process and procedures. After all one only get one face during a life time. Well that was my mindset, until now having undergone my procedures; and with just a couple more enhancements,I now have an Enhanced Younger in appearance Face and Neck that my doctor has helped me to make possible and I’m Grateful to Dr. Layke.
I shared that thought because as a man of African American Descendent, I Honestly Could Not Locate/Find Someone I believed had the ability to actually perform what I truly was desiring and seeking to obtain until I met Dr. John Layke. Not to leave out the The Personnel Staff, of whom one in particular I will mention by the name of Esther who also help to give me a sense of Peace, regarding having my procedure within this establishment.
After meeting Dr. Layke not having any institutional knowledge of knowing his background that I Am well acquainted with now. I must say that I received an internal Peace that I rarely encounter especially within such institutions as a medical practice! I had been seeking and interviewing many medical physicians with hopes of obtaining an outcome that I would be content with no success.
Then meeting my present tending Physician Dr. Layke, I said to myself finally this is where I Am to have this done!
I felt and knew within myself, it was not just about money or the end objective/product that I was seeking to obtain. No, I personally received that internal Unknown Peace. The same type peace I had received when I found myself as A Soldier Deployed while serving our Nation in a War Campaign. The Peace that surpasses ones Understanding having been given to myself from whom I have chosen and dedicated the remainder my life unto while here on this earth!
Upon Shaking the hand of my present attending physician Dr. John Layke’s I knew within myself I needed to go no further! I had arrived to where I would receive the help I felt needed regarding myself obtaining and fulfilling my Purpose and Destiny within such a sensitive arena of ones life!
This is one of the reason I have felt led to sign a waver allowing for my photos to be shown. The Before and After procedure results by the institution which will speak on its own merits and just how excellent each of the Physician (s) within BHPSG are within this particular establishment.
As I began to write this survey, I was desiring to wait until August upon completion of the minor enhancements. Breast Reduction Incision Techniques
Periareolar Incision – Sometimes known as the Benelli incision. This technique is best for smaller breast reductions. The periareolar incision technique uses the natural skin color change to hide scars. Instead of a horizontal cut below the breasts, the incision is made around the bottom perimeter of the areola. Periareolar incision can be used for both breast reduction and augmentation. This incision allows for high degree of visibility as the operation is being performed. The only limitation on this procedure is the size of the areola. Large areolas may be reduced in size during this type of procedure.
Anchor Technique – traditional method for extremely large breasts. It is one of the most common types of mammoplasty operations performed today. The procedure involves a three-part anchor-shaped incision pattern. This allows us to remove more tissue than in other methods to maximize reduction results. The horizontal and vertical incisions allow for the removal of excess skin. The excess skin is removed, creating a smooth appearance within a month of the operation.*
What To Expect After Breast Reduction Surgery
A little pain is normal after surgery, whether it’s mild discomfort, swelling during menstruation, a measure of numbness or sensitivity, or random, shooting pains that may last for a few months. Swelling, bruising, crusting and slight changes in breast size are also common. Most patients return to work in about two weeks, although you should avoid heavy lifting for three to four and only gentle contact with the breasts should occur for six weeks.
